Welcome to Big and Small Pet Care. My name is Duncan, and I am an insured, professional dog walker and a Certified Veterinary Assistant.

I provide services such as check-ins (litter changes, feeding, bathroom breaks, poop-scoops) and walks ranging from thirty minutes to an hour. I have significant experience working with animals, ensuring the best possible care for them every day.

Check In
Need someone to drop by? I can make a quick stop to feed and water your pet, change litter, or provide a bathroom break.
15 Minutes
$15 (plus HST) per visit
Short Walk
Need a short walk for your pet? I can give them exercise, playtime, and a bathroom break!
30 Minutes

$25 (Plus HST) and $5 for each additional pet from the same household.
Medium Walk
If you're looking for your pet to get some exercise, I can take them out and give them fresh air, playtime, and a good run!
45 Minutes

$35 (plus HST) for the first pet, and $5 additional for each pet from the same household.
Long Walk
Need a long walk for your pet? I can take them for a nice long walk to burn some energy, get plenty of exercise, and have lots of fun!
60 Minutes

Current Furry Friends
At Big and Small Pet Care, I strive to provide the best quality service for your pets. I also work hard to ensure you never need to worry about your pet's safety and satisfaction. Part of that commitment involves clear communication when it comes to a few simple terms and conditions.
Pet Temperament
I fully understand that pets are animals who sometimes have behavioral quirks. If you are aware of any concerns, please disclose anything that could be important for me to be aware of, so I can plan and adjust their walks to ensure the comfort of your pet.
If your pet shows fear, aggression or behavioral issues, I will do my best to work with them. I want what’s best for your pet, after all!

Price Increases
Every year on January 1st, prices may increase by up to 2% to ensure I can keep up with inflation.

Same-Day Cancellations
If you have to cancel your service, please provide at least twelve hours notice in order to allow me to reschedule my day. If you are unable to give me twelve hours, that is understandable, but you may incur a 25% fee of the service cost.
Note, however, if the cancellation is due to weather or other circumstances beyond your control or if I need to cancel due to things such as weather conditions or illness, this fee will be waived.

Photos and Social Media

At Big and Small Pet Care, I will be documenting the animals I care for, both for your own knowledge and peace of mind, as well as for promotional use on social media. Any pictures used for posts will be taken outside and will not show any identifying information. If you do not want your pet on social media, please inform me.
