Welcome to Big and Small Pet Care. My name is Duncan , and I am an insured professional dog walker and a Certified Veterinary Assistant.
I provide services such as check-ins (litter changes, feeding, bathroom breaks) and walks ranging from thirty minutes to an hour. I have significant experience working with animals, ensuring the best possible experience for them every day.

DUNCAN'S DOGS
At Duncan’s Pet Care we strive to provide the best quality service for your pets. We also work hard to ensure you never need to worry about your pets safety and satisfaction. Part of that commitment involves clear communication when it comes to several terms and services.
Pet Temperament
We fully understand that dogs are dogs, and sometimes they can have behavioural quirks. If you are aware of them, we request you disclose anything that could be important for our staff to be aware of, so we can plan and adjust our walks to ensure the comfort of your pet.
If your pet shows fear, aggression or behavioural issues we will do our best to work with them. We want what’s best for your pet after all! However, if this issue continues, we will have to make adjustments, ranging from walking them alone, to possibly being unable to care for your pet while ensuring our safety.
Price Increases
Every year on January 1st, our prices will increase by %2 to ensure we can keep up with the current economy and pay our staff fairly.
Same-Day Cancellations
If you have to cancel your service, we require at least twelve hours notice in order to properly reschedule our day. If you are unable to give us twelve hours, that is understandable, but we will incur a 25% fee of the service cost.
However, if the cancellation is due to weather or other circumstances beyond your control, this fee will be waived.
Failure to Pay
If you are unable to pay for the services you have booked, let us know so we can cancel your service. If you knowingly withhold payment, we will no longer provide service to you.
